Fees
q Phase1 Development - fixed price based on the attached specifications and proposal or it shall be hourly payment for a team of 5 developers.
q Maximum Hours. Reasonable time should be billed for services. CLIENT reserves the right to question hours billed for services rendered.
q CLIENT does not provide expense reimbursements, unless approved in writing.
Response Time
q SolovatSoft and Client take responsibilities to response on Phone or email within 48 business hours during the project execution. From SolovatSoft side it includes status updates, clarifications on the development, etc. From Client side it includes providing timely feedback, approval or disapproval of the milestones and clear clarifications on the software product matters.
q SOLOVATSOFT will provide CLIENT an estimated completion date for assigned requests.
Summary of Task Order (Description of Service Work)
q SOLOVATSOFT will provide website development and integration services for the CLIENT customer account indicated above as needed. SOLOVATSOFT will use CLIENT as the main point of contact and utilizing CLIENT management techniques & online issue tracking tools.
q SOLOVATSOFT will provide timely updates of service progress and hours via online issue tracking tool, provided by CLIENT.
q SOLOVATSOFT will direct all technical suggestions and sales opportunities to CLIENT directly.
q SOLOVATSOFT will not solicit services or products, unless authorized in writing to CLIENT (email exchange is an acceptable means of authorization for these cases) for CLIENT customers.
Activities and Tools To Be Provided By CLIENT:
q CLIENT will provide and maintain its own production system.
q CLIENT will make available to SOLOVATSOFT all up to date developed software modules and documentation for the project and best practices to optimize the serviceability of CLIENT
q CLIENT will maintain network diagrams and documentation for technical reference of SOLOVATSOFT technical resources.
